Tras el estudio de la Ley 26/2007, de 23 de octubre, de responsabilidad medioambiental, sigue sin existir en el cuerpo normativo estatal una ley reguladora del medioambiente que reconozca el derecho del particular a ser indemnizado por el mal causado por la contaminación que ha sufrido.
